Contingency Search – There is no fee unless you hire one of our candidates. The fee structure is based on a percentage of the candidate’s first year’s salary and is validated by a replacement guarantee. The fee is due upon the candidate’s start date. Retained Search – We clear our desks and work exclusively on your search assignment/s. All submitted candidates are exclusively yours to work with until you indicate that they are not viable candidates. 1. Over the telephone we obtain the details regarding your opening/s so we can best attract top talent. Particular emphasis is placed on discovering what is important to you in regards to your culture and the ideal candidate
2. We reach out to known candidates in which we have a relationship
3. Depending on location, upwards to @100 outbound calls are placed to unknown candidates who are gainfully employed and not necessarily looking for a career change – these are predominately always the best candidates
4. Interested candidates are screened, and if qualified, are briefed on your opportunity and forwarded to you
5. Upon mutual interest in a candidate, we coordinate the interviews
6. We conduct professional reference checks
7. Negotiate the offer and start date
